Crepes
Crepes take time, but we enjoy them on a slow Saturday morning, or Conference Sunday.
| 1 1/2 | c | All-Purpose Flour |
| 1 1/2 | c | milk |
| 1/2 | tsp | Baking Powder |
| 1/2 | tsp | Salt |
| 3 | egg | |
| 1/2 | tsp | Vanilla |
| 2 | Tbsp | butter |
Mix all ingredients in blender until well combined. Pour a scant 1/3 c. batter in 10 inch skillet. Cook until light brown, flip and brown other side.
Our favorite toppings include strawberries, peaches, pears, yogurt, chocolate syrup, caramel, and powdered sugar.
